She is also the author of Food Lovers' Guide to Washington and Day Trips from Washington, D.C. (both Globe Pequot Press). Her essays and articles have appeared in a variety of publications, including Wondertime, Parents, Kiwi, American Baby, Shape, and the Chicago Tribune.
