Summary

Many companies face cutbacks and layoffs, and people who have devoted years of loyal service to their job often find themselves among the unemployed. Others find themselves close to retirement but want to do something new and fresh. Looming over their heads is the dreaded question: what now? Where do you start when you haven't been involved in the 'job market' in what seems like forever? How do you find the next great position that you can love and enjoy? Does your dream job even exist? InStarting Over, author Joan Dzuro uses her HR expertise to bring readers up-to-date on today's job market. Her insight and experience have crafted this easy to follow guide, helping you not only find a new job, but one that surpasses any position you've had before.
