He is the coauthor of the successful The Faraway Horses and Believe (both Lyons Press). Buck lives in Sheridan, Wyoming.
A. J. Mangum is editor of Western Horseman magazine. He raises and trains horses and is thoroughly familiar with ranch work and rodeo competition. He lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
