Author Biography

Fr. Raniero Cantalamessa, O.F.M.Cap., formerly was professor of the History of Christian Origins at the Catholic University of Milan and a member of the International Theological Commission until 1981. He left teaching in order to devote his ministry completely to preaching. Since 1980 he has been preacher to the papal household
