Author Biography

Leigh Ann Chow is editor of five books, including Basic Knitting, Beyond Basic Knitting, and Basic Dried Flower Arranging. She lives in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Anita Tosten and Missy Burns teach knitting at The Mannings in East Berlin, Pennsylvania. Anita's patterns have appeared in Knitter's Magazine, Vogue Knitting's On the Go books, and are frequently featured in Knit 'n Style magazine. In addition to knitting and designing, Anita and Missy also own and manage Wool in the Woods, a company that produces and sells hand-dyed yarn, in Biglerville, Pennsylvania. Alan Wycheck is a concrete specialist and former partner in The SO Factory, a concrete design company. He is also an award-winning photographer and lives in central Pennsylvania.
