Author Biography

Mark Bryan, co-founder with Julia Cameron of the Artist's Way Workshops, is a Harvard-trained educator with a specialty in human development and psychology. He has taught business creativity nationwide and developed new products for Fortune 500 companies. He is currently a member and sponsor of the Dialogue Project at MIT. He lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Julia Cameron, author of bestselling books on creative practice, has taught and refined her methods for two decades. An active artist who teaches internationally, Cameron is a poet, playwright, fiction writer, and essayist. She has extensive credits in film, television, and theater, and is an award-winning journalist. Cameron divides her time between Taos, New Mexico, and Manhattan. Catherine Allen, a senior executive in the financial services industry, has more than twenty years' experience in business and technology strategy for corporations, small businesses, and the nonprofit sector. She has taught in the business schools of American University, George Washington University, and Georgetown University. She lives in Washington, D.C., and Santa Fe, New Mexico.
